I have just retired - have been working for over 40 years - so now it is my time to do what I want to do. 15 of those years were cooking for a football club and family hotels.
My favorite things to cook
Love to cook - French - Italian mostly - however Australia has great produce and wonderful restaurants to investigate. So I enjoy trying new ideas. Love baking Bread, and yeast dought sweet and savary.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Roast Dinners - on the Web or Cobb - my family love roast pork and beef, with lots of roasted vegetables and greens. Followed by lemon or apple pie.
My cooking triumphs
I make great pizza's- curries - caseroles.
My cooking tragedies
Pumpkin fruit cake - won't talk about that one.
