Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2011
The cheese remained chunky, I would not use this recipe again.

Super easy and tasty; my 6 year old loved it, especially hot. Thank you.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
Wow, these are great. I was unsure about the 4 eggs, but these are amazing. Looking at the other review of rolling these out on parchment was helpful but it was tricky to get the paper to stay still. I recommend rolling these out a little thicker than 1/4". This will be my go to sugar cookie recipe. Thank you.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
Amazing. I usually find recipes for inspiration and never follow it exactly. This was awesome. I did not have dried parsley or sherry so I just omitted them. I was very wary of the curry but it turned out perfect. Thank you for the recipe, it will be my one and only wild rice soup recipe.

Creamy Shell Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
I am rating only the dressing. I did not have the ranch dressing so instead I used 3/4 cups of mayonaisse, and 1/2 cup of buttermilk dressing. It turned out great in a pinch. It is not as thick as it should have been, but absolutely delicious.

Green Chile Beef Tacos

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
I think this was a good start. I will not add so much broth next time as I felt it was very runny when you assemble the tacos; even after draining. I used green salsa, and did everything the same. I will also add perhaps some chili powder, and diced chilis for some kick.
