Sweet Corn Cake

Delicious! I used flour instead of the masa herina, negated the cream and instead of water I used a half can of cream corn. I also did NOT put the corn in the food processor. Turned out WONDERFUL!

Cream Puff Cake

Made with all low fat ingredients (smart balance, fat free whipped topping, lowfat choc sauce and sugar free, fat free jello pudding) and was a huge hit at a fish fry we went to. I will make this again and again...

Yummy! The cookies looked a little under-cooked, so I cooked them longer the first time...BIG MISTAKE!!! Follow the recipe to the T!

Irresistible Pecan Pie

Awesome....Very yummy. I LOVE, LOVE the texture. It is not all goo, like most pies. Very good, but added 2 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp of cinnamon, per other reviews and was "To die for!" - WILL DEFINITELY MAKE AGAIN.
