I loved this. It was actually simpler than I had thought and turned out better than I hoped. I followed suggestions and only lightly sprayed the foil with cooking spray and only brushed the egg on at the very end once everything was laid out. I put the cornucopia in the freezer for a few minutes in between each can of dough so it could cool back down (to keep it from getting too sticky). I allowed it to cool before I removed the foil. I loved this and it was such a hit at our Thanksgiving dinner today. I did not use the toothpicks b/c I did want it to leave holes in the bread-I did not need them. Thanks for a great idea and recipe. Everyone loved it, I felt like the Martha Stewart of our dinner today!

Super Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2011
Loved it!. So simple and so awesome. I used the frozen dumplin strips, added an extra can of broth and 2 chicken boullion cubes. This was delicious! Family loved it. Great hearty soup. Awesome for chilly nights. I actually thought this was better than my Grannie's homemade recipe that she was known for ;)

Mom's Country Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
yuckers-I followed the directions as written and added a chicken cube. Horrible. Maybe I am spoiled by the taste of the packaged gravy. It looked like great gravy but when I tasted it, it tasted like flour pudding. Very bland and the taste of flour was too much! Thanks for the recipe, this is apparently not for me-not my cup of gravy :)

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
great slow cooker recipe!! I initially found it too rich but have since started doubling the corn amount and leaving everything else as is. This seems to have helped and now it is always a hit. This has become a holiday staple for our family and everyone always look forward to my corn. Everyone usually say it reminds them of their grandmother's corn or something along those lines. I always get recipe requests for this corn recipe. Thanks!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2010
great recipe. I am not a huge meatloaf fan but this is fantastic. Added green peppers for added flavor and topped with ketchup. Followed others recommendations and separated the meat mixture. Put the first half in the pan and then topped with cheese. Cover that w/ remaining meat-taking care to seal the edges so the cheese would not leak out from the two layers. Also cooked a broiler pan to allow the greese to drainm from the meatloaf as it cooks. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
