I made this for our New Year's Eve party and it was DIVINE!!! Everyone ranted and raved about how good it was and it was sooooo easy to make!!! I will definitely be making this on Super Bowl Sunday!!! I served with lightly toasted french bread baguettes.

Cajun Corn and Crab Bisque

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
This is absolutely SINFUL!!!! Next time I will probably halve the amt. of corn (my husband isn't a big corn eater) otherwise, this is a winter time MUST!!!

Sweet Green Bean Bundles

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
These are terrific!!! I never seem to have the time to wrap them in bundles, so I just always lay the bacon over the top and cook them in a casserole dish that way. My husband and kids LOVE them!!!!

This is a wonderful recipe!!!! I added 3 cloves of garlic and more of the cajun seasoning, for our liking, but overall this is an exceptional recipe...delicious and easy!!!

Crawfish Etouffee Like Maw-Maw Used to Make

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
This is a WONDERFUL crawfish etouffee recipe!! I have tried many different recipes over the years and this is by far the best!! I added LOTS more worcestershire and hot sauce to add more of a punch. I didn't measure, just added to my liking. It spiced it up but didn't make it too spicy that our kids didn't like it. My husband bragged for days about how good it was and how it needed to be on the weekly menu!! I served it with toasted french bread baguettes...bon appetite!!
