Chicken Tortilla Soup II
I made this soup for my husband and kids and they loved it! My husband had some of this soup at a local restaurant, and he had been asking me to make it at home every since. Well I am happy I came across this recipe. They loved it! I did add some sweet whole kernel corn and mushrooms to it though! GREAT RECIPE!

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
Well, let me just say that these are delicious!!! I am not a vegetarian, but right now, I am in the process pf doing a detox and I am not allowed to have meat. These burgers are so good, that when I am done with the detox, I will continue to eat them! I followed the recipe exactly as it was written because this was my first time making it, and I will not be changing it in the future. Not unless I want a little more spice! I warmed up a 10' flour tortilla shell, used some of my Dad's homemade BBQ sauce, lettuce, shredded cheese and bread and butter pickles. WOW!! I cant wait to make these for my sister n law who is a vegetarian! My meat loving kids even loved them!!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I
OMG!!! I made this last night for my family, and lets just saay, this is now a family favorite. When I took the first batch out of the grease, I let my daughters taste one, and they were circling around the kitchen like hungry sharks for another one! There were a few changes that I did make though, I seasoned the chicken, used boneless thighs instead of breast (they are way cheaper and you cant taste the difference) and added some parsley flakes to the batter, just because I like to have a little green pop in my batter sometimes! Only one kid wanted to smother their chicken in the sauce, everyone else used dipping cups!! GREAT RECIPE!!!
