I live in the Napa Valley & am fortunate to have access to all the best seasonal fruits & vegetables. Food & wine pairings are a favored past time in our home on Fantesca Estate. I work out daily and am an International fitness competitor - "healthy clean eating" is part of my daily lifestyle.

Healthy, tasty, quick petite meals packed with protein. I am known in my family for making Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas cookies w/protein powder, Coq au Vin and spicy chili!

Creating Thanksgiving dinner with my family while watching the NYC Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV. It's still a joy to get tips from my Dad when roasting a turkey.

Trying a new recipe & having it be an instant success that gets entered into the dinner rotation.

Trying a new recipe that is such a flop, we have to abandon it and call for Chinese take-out.
