Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies

Fast, easy to make cookies. If you are using non-American peanut butter I'd suggest not adding any salt as it is usually salty enough (I used Skippy). Plus since I am in China and don't have access to all the ingredients it's fine to leave some out, add some extra in. I added Vanilla essence, about 2tbls cocoa and left out coconut, raisins, and peanuts (I used crunchy PnB instead). Good solid recipe :D

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Amazing!! The first time we'd made pumpkin pie and we are in China so had to make it from scratch. We used the French Pastry Pie Crust and cooked and mashed the pumpkin ourselves. We also did not have nutmeg so we substituted it with 1/2tsp vanilla. Served alongside vanilla icecream this was heaven!! Wil def make again.

Fudge Brownies I

I followed the additional suggestions about the eggs, sugar and chocolate. They turned out great, my 2 guests ate half the tray. Very fudgy and yum scrum. Took about 45 minutes to cook do they werent sticking to the tray.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Good, tasty and easy to make. Added cinnamon and nutmeg to the base as well as one egg (recipe doubled) to keep it together. Enjoyed by everyone.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Absolutely the best Banana bread I've ever made and I've tried like 5 from this site alone. I doubled the recipe but cut out a quarter of the sugar, replaced one third of the white flour for wholemeal and added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. It was so soft and great for toasting as well. Made two loaves.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Zucchini Bread with Cinnamon Sugar Topping

Yum! I´m in china and could get all the ingredients bar the zucchini which i substituted for a similar type of marrow and just drained off the extra water. I cooked it in 2 batches the first one burnt a bit even though it was only in there half an hour. The second one i put in for only 25mins and it came out well . I really liked the textured taste .

Carrots a la Orange

French Pastry Pie Crust

Simple and soft this pastry turned out well. We made it with the Perfect Pumpkin Pie and it was delicious. Didn't stick to the pie dish and was easy to cut. We froze the other half of dough for future use. Will use again.

Burrito Pie

Great! We made a vego version, using TVP and flavouring it with taco seasoning. Tasted great. We also used 2 tortillas per layer.
