Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
Very good and simple. Used cooking wine and had no complaints. They were a bit bland but my husband is not a salt eater. I just added salt to my serving. Will definately be making these again.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Very good, however DEFINATELY line your pan with foil AND spray foil. Scrubbed, scrubbed and scrubbed and wound up throwing out my glass dish.

Very good. Grilled the chicken, then added toppings as listed and broiled. Served with side of Honey Mustard II dressing. Thank you.

Herbed Corn

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2013
Very good and super simple. I scaled back on the amount of corn a little bit. 12 cups of corn feeds way more than 10 servings. But kept all other ingredients the same.

Grill Master Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2013
Delicious and super easy! Used low sodium in the marinade (marinated 4 to 5 hours) and I skipped the soy all together in the sauce. I didn't think the sauce would be enough but it was plenty (we don't like our wings swimming) and the grill time was perfect.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2013
DO NOT overcook. I accidentally left in just a few minutes longer than stated and it got VERY dry. Maybe it just needs a tab more olive oil.

Japanese Shrimp Sauce I

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2013
Good with some tweaking. Took others advice and only used 2 tablespoons sugar. Still very sweet!! I would cut back a little on mayo next time. Added a little ketchup and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Will definitely make again using this as a base and going from there. Thank you!!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2013
This was delicious. When reaching for the dried parsley I accidentally grabbed the Oregano. Didn't realize it till it was too late and already in bowl. Oh well. Turned out great!! Marinated for an hour, grilled about 4 minutes per side and served with homemade shrimp sauce.

Fried Pork Chop

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2012
I did what people hate. I changed to my liking. I used breadcrumbs and seasoning that I like. No egg and milk bath, just breaded and put in fridge for about 30 minutes. Definately giving it 5 stars for the cooking instructions. Couldn't have been easier and it was spot on. Bone in chops, heated 1 cup of oil and cooked 5 minutes per side. Thank you and forgive the changes.

Cajun Baked Catfish

Reviewed: May 22, 2012
I'll give this 5 stars for super easy recipe. Cook time was perfect and nice combination of spices. However, I obviously am not a fan of catfish. Yuck! May try this again with a different type of fish.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
Very good! Only change I made was I halfed the amount of sugar and it was still plenty sweet and no onion. It gets VERY "wet" after sitting in the frig for a little while, so don't think it's not enough dressing when you first make it.

Modenese Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2011
My husband said these were the best pork chops he ever had. Browned 2 chops in half amount of butter and half amount of olive oil. Used the amount stated for everything else. Even added a little extra wine and butter towards the end. Thanks for delicious recipe.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2010
Made these tonight and they are very good. However, to be perfectly honest. I think the Old Elpaso Enchilada Dinner Kit ones where all you have to do is add the meat is just as good and probably cheaper. Thank you for a very good recipe, but I think I will stick with the quicker, cheaper and easier method.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
Made this during the holidays and put one in the freezer. We ate the one that had been in the freezer this week and I swear it was even better than the first one which had never been frozen. Made some extra sauce, which is sooooo easy to make. I had to promise my husband I'll never feed him the jarred stuff again. Thank you.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
Very very good. Only thing I changed was the time and temp. I cooked these for 40 minutes @ 400 degrees. Husband couldn't get enough of them and I had to slap his hand away just so I could get a few of them. Will definately be making these again. Probably weekly.
