I have been using my mother-in-laws lasagna recipe for years and my family ate it willingly enough but it wasn't a family favorite. After trying this recipe, they have asked for lasagna repeatedly. I followed the recipe pretty closely, but added an extra 1/2 lb. of hamburger to make it meatier. I didn't have fresh parsley, so I used a Tablespoon of dried, and I added a tablespoon of italian seasoning for more flavor. Next time I am going to try it without cooking the noodles first.
