Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: May 7, 2014
I have never had cream cheese lasagna before and it was very tasty! Turned out quite rich but very very flavorful-I used ground chicken (since that is what I had). I will definitely make this again. I added sautéed onion & fresh mushrooms to the cream cheese & chicken mixture.

Monkey Bread with a Twist

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2013
I had one small granny smith apple (lunch box size) and I chopped it up to add after I had added the biscuits into the bundt pan. Loved it!! I did 3/4 of the butter and 3/4 of the brown sugar instead of it all. It worked perfectly. For Fall, I added some nutmeg and cloves to the cinnamon/sugar mix and it was a wonderful flavor addition! I read to cover with aluminum foil and that definitely was a wonderful suggestion! Already ready to make this again!!

French Breakfast Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
Super easy and everything on hand-I subbed in Zylo Sweet for my sugar and almond milk instead of cow's milk (because that is what I had). I added about a tablespoon of golden flaxseed then had to add a little more milk and butter before spooning into the pan. The batch made 2 dozen mini-muffins and it was perfect! Baked about 15 minutes. The muffins came out a nice light golden color. Adding the melted butter and cinnamon sugar when the muffins were warm was perfect! Thanks for the recipe-we will definitely be using it more!!

Best asparagus ever!!! Used a blush vinegar and added a little sprinkle of ground ginger. Marinated for about 10 minutes before putting them on the grill on medium heat.

SUPER EASY AND FAST!!! Exactly what I wanted in a great football watching, pumpkin carving snack!! Thank you and I did add a little more pb to the mix b/c we like it like that. I heated it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 min and tossed some for extra crunch.

Buttermilk Pancakes I

fast and easy, subbed brown sugar for white, butter for veg oil and added some vanilla and cinnamon. Sweet enough w/o syrup, but the kids love to dunk them in syrup. Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
So yummy and easy- I doubled the recipe for a luncheon at work. I added a bay leaf, used frozen corn instead of canned and added a small can of hatch green chiles. I didn't realize until the next day that I forgot to add the onion, the soup was still wonderful.

Golden Rum Cake

So good! I made it the day b/f our Christmas party and the smell was wonderful!!! Reminds me so much of the little rum cakes you can pick up in Grand Cayman (our honeymoon). The cake was gone!!! So yummy-I will definitely make this again.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2011
Easy to make, my daughter was able to help (6 yrs old) with it. I used a bundt pan and it took awhile to bake, at least 1 hour. The end result after cooling in the pan for about 15 min. was very good! Surprising light and not too sweet. The walnuts add so much!

so good! I just used chicken breasts instead of chopping and doing kabobs. It was great!!! Very good with baked sweet potatoes as a side.
