Chicken Marsala
I made egg and milk mixture to dip chicken into first. I cooked all chicken and removed, added a 1/2 c of wine, and chopped up mushrooms, then added a touch of wondra flour to thicken for gravy. Served on top of mashed potatoe with asparagus.
