5 Stars for great taste and EASY! I've made this 4 times and loved it every time - as have my family & guests. Change: I wrap the seasoned roast with bannana leaves (from Asian Market frozen section) - which adds to the sweetness. And I have always used Himalayan Salt - as I have yet to find Hawaiian. Serve with Sticky Rice, Black Beans, Hawaiian Rolls, Tortillas and an assortment of sauces: BBQ, Sweet Chili, Teriyaki, etc. Everyone can find some way to eat this and be happy! Great for entertaining!
