Oh man!! This stuff is great, and OMG it is so easy!! The first time I used the slow cooker on high for the recommended time, did as others did by taking it out about an hour before to shred the chicken. I use only 4 chicken breast instead of 6, and it still makes plenty!! I did not change the quantity of ingredients either, the chicken just soaks it right up. A tip to some though, as it is cooking, it will get very watery!! I was extremely concerned my first time, because the mixture had turned into soup and I thought I had done something wrong. The second time I made it (within one week of each other) I put the slow cooker on low for about 6 hours, again shredding the chicken to cook for the last hour. This time, the chicken just fell apart! I couldn't even get it out of the pot. It was fabulous as usual, but was a little watery. I suppose next time I cook on low I will reduce the amount liquids to see if it helps. This is my new favorite!!! Thanks for the great recipe!
