I was pretty skeptical about using cream cheese on a turkey breast but since I was having a very small Thanksgiving gathering and there was going to be tons of food, I decided to give it a try just for fun. I made the turkey exactly as the recipe stated--just doubled everything for a six pound whole turkey breast--and it turned out great. I have to say that when it is in the crockpot, it does not look very appetizing, but the end product is super. It is juicy, flavorful and very easy. I will be making this for supper again soon!
