Thai Quivering Tenderloins

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
This was great, even my choosy young nephews had seconds! Pork tenderloin was nowhere to be found in our market, but a pork roast cut in half worked fine. I increased the ginger for personal preference. Thank you!

Excellent! Can be made with watermelon as well, just sub frozen melon balls for the berries. Thank you!

Ricotta Gnocchi

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
This is fantastic! I added a couple tablespoons of dried basil to the dough and froze a batch. Also, used 4 oz of smoked mozzarella in place of the regular, and subbed fresh tomatoes for the canned, since that was what I had available. Excellent recipe, thank you!!

Pumpkin Bread

Fantastic recipe, thank you! I've made as the recipe says, and also with added fresh cranberries. Chopped or whole, they add a tang that goes well with this moist delicious bread! Have also made into mini-cupcakes, mini-loaves, and given as gifts. Thank you Sue!

This was great, thank you! I used cheddar, no butter, and passed Tapatio at the table...so good, we used the leftovers (only 3 of us here lol) as a side for dinner. Thank you!

It's rare that my teenage son seeks me out to request a specific dish--he's asked for this one once a week for the last month! We love it, simple to make, tastes great, and fast!

Chinese Clay Pot Rice with Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
This was a great dish that even my picky little girl liked. A bit salty, I'll sub 1/4 cup chicken broth for some of the soy sauce next time. Also, the 1/2 cup of water called for failed to cook the rice, I added probably another cup to cook it through. Thanks for the delicious, quick recipe!
