Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

So grateful this is the recipe I decided to go with. This is stupendous with minor modifications. As the rest say, substitute the mayo with sour cream. I also used fresh spinach that I cooked in some heavy cream. I added a dash of paprika and cayenne pepper. Do the rest as it and the bowl will be gone in under 1 minute.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

Like everyone else, used butter instead of shortening. Make sure you use all the chocolate chips otherwise increase the amount of sugar! I used less chocolate and it came out tasting like it could use more sugar, but other than that... really moist!

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

I only like to rate a recipe if its great without changes but if you add the changes i did then make this a 5 star.. steam the string beans and carrots add minced fresh garlic to the onions follow the rest except at end add 4 tbs of terriyaki sauce. really makes all the difference... amazing!

Candied Chicken Breasts

Never have a made something that made me say WOW over and over again. I was so skeptical about cooking a recipe with ketchup and mustard, but the end result makes your taste buds yearn for more despite how full you are. This actually works with chicken legs and chicken thighs just as well.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Really good stuff and actually it was quick! I accidently used mozzarella instead of montgomery jack cheese and it came out pretty dam good! My family loveddddddddddd it!
