Chocolate Chip Muffins

Theses are a LOT like a chocolate chip cookie! I added some hershy's unsweetened cocoa to offset the super sweet taste, and they are fabulous!!

I didn't care for the blandness of this dish. We had to spice it up with jalapenos and some red pepper. I suggest adding a bit of taco or chili seasoning to the chicken while cooking. And I'll leave out to soup next time, or change it to nacho cheese soup. It was just ok.

Oven Fried Chicken II

This a a good recipe, but you really need to season the flour. Our came out very bland. I'll make it again, only I'll be using cracked pepper and maybe some garlic to the flour.

Shortbread Cookies II

These worked great in my cookie press! They came out really buttery and SUPER yummy, but I'd suggest refrigerating the dough for 15 minutes or so if using a cookie press! Thanks for sharing :)

Easy Apple Crisp

My teenage daughter made this for our Thanksgiving dessert, and it turned out wonderful! We added two packets of cinnamon brown sugar instant oatmeal on the top before baking and it was fantastic! Really easy and very tasty!

Classic Irish Boiled Dinner

This is best made with a half ham. The first time I made it to these directions and it was VERY bland! I made it a second time with a half ham, and it was much, much, much better!

Barbecued Shredded Beef
