Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

This recipe was excellent! Followed the recipe exactly, with the addition of zucchini and also followed another reviewers advice on soaking the skewers beforehand..Marinated for about 7 hours prior and thought there was plenty of flavor, the only change I would make next time is doubling the sauce for sure! Great reviews, my husband and guests all loved it!

Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

This recipe was so delicious, I moved to a small town about 3 years ago and have never been able to find any restaurant here that can make it the "good" way. This recipe finally satisfied my and my husbands craving. I did alter the recipe a little which is why I couldn't the full 5 stars. I cut the sugar down to 1/2 cup as some other reviews recommended, I also used 1/8 tsp of ground ginger instead of fresh because its what I had on hand. At the end I also added 1 TBSP of cornstarch to thicken the sauce a little, and a handful of frozen broccoli. It was so good, will definitely be adding to my regular recipe rotation!

Queso Dip

This dip had good flavor, however as another review stated, it was bit too "fluffy" for me, maybe If I add less sour cream next time.. Ill give it another shot, probably just add my own flare to it :)

Best Tuna Casserole

This recipe did not disappoint! My fiance' and I both went back for seconds! I only gave 4 stars because I changed the recipe slightly, after reading other reviews stating it was a little on the dry side I added 1/2 cup of milk. I also used one can of Cream of Celery Soup and one can of Cream of Mushroom Soup. I did not add any onion because I didnt have any on hand, I did not add the mushrooms either because my fiance doesnt care for them. I also baked it in a 2 quart Casserole dish. Overall this recipe was wonderful and I will DEFINITELY make it again!
