Candy Bar Fudge

These tasted great, be careful how high you heat up the caramel- when we made them, they set up great, but if it got to room temperature later, the caramel all melted out and made a mess.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

This is a great recipe! I us a couple of extra eggs, mushrooms and peppers, after it bakes allow it to cool, and cut it into strips just over an inch wide, freeze in individual freezer bags and you have the makings for a fabulous and FAST breakfast burrito. I loved the casserole alone, but it is FABULOUS as a burrito filling.

Chinese Dan-Bin

I lived in Taiwan for 2 years and this was my favorite breakfast item there... to make it a little more authentic- dice green onion and mix it in with the egg as well as a tsp of sesame oil, you can serve it with a little rooster sauce on top- you can use any breakfast meet as well... they don't use a corn tortilla, they use a rice tortilla, but they are hard to find... happy breakfasting.

Caramels I

These turned out DELICIOUS, someone recommended putting cornstarch on to keep them from being sticky, and that sort of weirded out the taste--- so i wouldn't do that again- maybe i'll just dip them in chocolate- that'll solve the sticky problem

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Toffee and candy of any sort is really finnicky, I tried this and my toffee separated when it cooled, it still tasted ok, but had a weirdy weirdy consistency- and was not toffeelike... but i'm trying again later

Curried Chicken

Great recipe! I did the fast way like a lot of folks- but the sauce was delicious- since I was using a mushroom soup- I decided to add some fresh mushrooms to the mix when I was sauteeing the onion and it turned out amazing! the mushrooms were my favorite part.

Firecracker Casserole

I used salsa instead of tomatoes, and i didn't have ground cumin so i used crushed coliander seeds, and just mixed everything together, i might leave out the shells, they get slimy, and then top it with cheese then taco chips and cheese again... such a good flavor, i think the coliander made it almost taste like it had a hint of lime.

Fluffy Peanut Butter Frosting

i bet this would work great, i was following the directions perfectly, then when it started to get a little stiff, i followed someones recommendation that i microwave it for a little bit--- NIGHTMARE- DO NOT DO THIS... it separated and turned into an oily nasty mess, i will try this recipe again and try to figure out what to do when it started to get too stiff...

Pineapple Fried Rice II

I think cooking the rice before hand would help a lot, it turned out a bit mushy, and didn't have enough flavor- i hear adding oyster sauce helps increase flavor-

Best Brownies

So delicious- the frosting recipe is a little tricky- but the honey really adds a good flavor- i would check the brownies five minutes before- because it is key to not overcook- great texture- so delicious!
