Best Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
Wow! These were super yummy... I made the frosting but never needed it after tasting how awesome the brownies were without them. I poured in some melted caramel and sprinkled some salt on top, very tasty.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2013
This was fantastic for a St. Patty's Day bread! Loved it. I baked mine in a stone pan at 350 for 65 mins and it was perfect. 50 mins wasn't long enough. Also sprinkled some sugar on top for sweetness. I added 1/3 cup of sugar instead of 1/4 cup, too. I let my bread sit for 30 minutes before putting it in the oven to let the baking soda and powder sit. Yummy!

Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Delight

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2013
Because I don't like the soft microwave texture, I baked mine. i used a pizza cutter and sliced them into 1 inch(width)strips and then sliced them again, so they were about 4 inches long. Placed them on a baking sheet, put spray butter on them and then sprinkled cinnamon sugar on them. Set the oven to 400 degrees and bake them for 6-8 minutes. Yummy! crispy and tasty. low calorie yummy snack.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2012
I did what the others suggested, bought a rotisserie chicken, added 2 cans of cream of chicken and 2 cans of chicken broth. Upped the spices, and let it sit simmering on the stove for about 30 minutes. Put lime juice on top with shredded cheese, tortilla chips and chunks of avocado. Yummy and perfect for these cold nights! I'll definitely be making this again...

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2012
De-lish! Made these last night for my boyfriend's family and everyone loved them! Took suggestions from other viewers (thank you) cut potatoes thinner, boiled them sliced for ten minutes, used half and half instead of milk(much creamier) layer sauce on top of the first layer and then the second. Put onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne between layers, cooked bacon bits on top. Cooked for 40 mins at 350 and removed foil with 20 mins left and that's when I added the chives. Thanks for a great recipe!

Baked Zucchini Chips

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2012
Big hit! These were soooo delicious! I did half bread crumbs and half panko for crunchiness. I also doubled the cheese and added garlic powder and basil. I wet them down and put them in flour before the egg mix and that helped keep the mixture on them. Super yummy, very easy to make and everyone loved them. Great with fresh ranch dressing, too!

Baked French Fries I

Fantastic! Great flavor. Make sure to test the crunchiness out before you remove them from the oven because the spices make them look as if they're burnt. Everyone loved them!

This was so yummy! I doubled the chicken, added green chilies, 1T taco seasoning, and half an onion. I also heated up some refried beans and spread it on a tostada and then put the chicken mixture over that with sour cream and salsa. Awesome recipe!
