Shepherd's Pie

Very easy to make. I spiced it up a bit with sage, rosemary, minced onion, seasoned salt, etc. Also, I used a bit more potato (I used large potatoes). I would recommend even more. Another change I did was 3 cans of mushroom soup because I used 1 can each carrots, sweet corn and green beans. I didn't add the cream of celery soup or the mushrooms.

Slow-Cooked Chili

It turned out excellent, was a real hit!!!! I have recently did a complete modification of this recipe. 1 3/4 cups dry kidney beans 2 Lb. ground beef 3 1/2 cups diced tomatoes 1 medium green bell pepper 1 stalk diced celery 1/4 cup minced dehydrated onion 1 cup tomato sauce 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp chili powder 2 tsp salt 1. Soak kidney beans overnight. I recommend at least 10 hours. When developing recipe I soaked them for 6 hours and had to add 3 1/2 cups of water. 2. Fry hamburger until well done. 3. Combine all ingredients in crockpot, cook on high for 6-8 hours.
