I'm a stay-at-home mom of a beautiful 2 year old girl. I enjoy playing sports such as volleyball, soccer and most of all snowboarding! In my free time at home I love looking up new recipes to cook for our family and friends!!

I cooked my first thanksgiving dinner last year and I got all my recipes off of it from allrecipes.com!!!!
My cooking tragedies
Two years running I have made my daughters birthday cakes (a doll cake and a giant cupcake cake). The first year I managed to catch the cake on fire, the second year I had just finished decorating it and turned to put it in the fridge and it fell on the floor. Needless to say I had to make two cakes both years, the second time was a success!

Macadamia Nut Crusted Tilapia
This was amazing! It has a bit of a kick so my 4 year old wasn't a fan, but everything is "spicy" to her. I did as others suggested and baked it. Put it in my toaster oven on convection setting and 400 degrees for 12 min and it was perfect!!! My husband said this is one of his top five favorite recipes!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
AMAZING!!!! I just used celery salt and onion seasoning as per the other reviews. I seasoned it befored I pan seared it to lock in the flavors and again lightly seasoned before baking. I had to use two packets of brown gravy for the sauce to thicken enough. I also had to cook it for an hour. Other than that it was fabulous and sooooo easy I will definitely be making it again!!!!!!
