White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2010
Great recipe! I decided to make these for our cookie swap at work, and I am so glad I did. I used a bag of white chocolate chips and a jar of roasted macadamia nuts, chopped up. I followed the directions and they came out great!

Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
I liked these a lot! I made them the first time following the recipe and the secon dtime, I made them my way. I added slivered almonds and coconut when I was adding in the oats. I also cut way back on the sugar and only used 1/2 cup. I also used 1/4 of honey instead of corn syrup. Lastly, I only used one stick of butter and added a small amount of vegetable oil. They still came out great. This recipe is quick and easy and I only dirtied about four dishes total.

Minnesota Golf Course Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
So tasty and easy to make! Rather than simmer on the stove for an hour, I put it in the crock pot for six hours so I would have it for dinner that night. Yum!

Luscious Lemon Snaps

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
I read the reviews before starting and decided to start with 1/4 cup of oil and add as necessary. I think this is a decent starting point for a lemon cookie. I kept them in the oven until the edges were a little brown, then took them out. They were still soft in the middle, but cooled to a decent texture. I didn't get the zesty lemon flavor I was hoping for. The next time I use this recipe, I plan to add more lemon juice and try using butter instead of oil. I think with a little doctoring, this could be a really good recipe.
