Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2014
This is a great recipe!!! My fiancee and I decided to grow zucchini this year and had no idea how quickly they grow so this recipe allowed us to use up a lot of it and give to friends/family. Everyone really loved it and asked me to make more! The cinnamon gives this great flavor.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2011
The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because the brown sugar mixture was hard to spread on the pork chops. Still amazing though! The sweetness was the perfect element for the pork chops. My boyfriend requests these all the time!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
These are the best cookies ever and so simple! Only needs to bake for about 12 minutes (and they will be so soft. :D ) I used the back of a 1/2 teaspoon to make the perfect dent and found that about a 1/4 teaspoon of jam was the perfect amount so that it wouldn't overflow when baking.

Quick Crescent Pecan Pie Bars

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
These were soooo good! The cresents make the perfect crust for these bars. Bake for the full amount of time once u have poured the batter on though. otherwise they will be a little too gooey. A nice change up from pie. :)

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2010
After reading some of the reviews, i was nervous to try this for fear of bland, overly dry casserole. But, it was awesome! The cheese was a great addition! I baked the casserole for half the time and stirred it before adding the potato chips and remaining cheese. With other casseroles, you add the final layer at the last 5 minutes to prevent it being too crunchy. The boyfriend and I thought this was great21
