About this Cook
I've been cooking for as long as I remember. Frozen dinners, powder mixes, or ready-made meals - not in my house!

Curried Carrot Soup
This was really good. Carrot soups I've had tended so be sweet, but I prefer the salty kind. This one was just to my taste.

Lentil Soup
This is great! Like many reviewers suggested, I used chicken stock instead of water. As well, I added a bit of cumin and dried crushed chilis. I didn't add the spinach and vinager at the end because I liked it the way it was!

Angel Food Cake III
This was really good. I used it to make a trifle with strawberries and orange custard. Yum!
