Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2010
This is a great recipe! I did as another reviewer said and baked it 25 minutes on 450 in the oven. It was a little boring tasting but this was such an easy fix! When it was done all I did was sprinkle some lemon pepper over all the kabobs and it brought the flavor out perfectly! One more thing is that I added bell peppers to the kabobs which was real good. Thanks for the recipe!

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2010
These were fabulous! I made them for my son and hubby because they are hard core road bikers and this gives them a lot of protein, carbs, and other great nutrients. I did change it a lil though. I added about a half cup of shredded coconut, 1/4 cup almonds and left out the pecans, I added an extra egg, a little less peanut butter and sugar, and in one batch I put some Hershy's dark chocolate syrup to make them chocolaty :) They turned out perfect! Thanks!

Hearty Halibut Chowder

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2010
This was an awesome recipe! I did make a few changes which made it from good to the best soup I have ever had... I used all fat free cream and milk and a little more then the recipe called for, I used fat free Half and Half instead of cream and threw in a whole package of 1/3 less fat cream cheese. I added a chicken bouillon cube, some dried tarragon, I subbed the potato for sweet potatoes which was so good with this recipe! I used halibut because its way cheaper. My family went crazy when they tried it, it was so good! I served it with garlic bread and it was delish. When I make it again I might try adding something to thicken up the soup because it was a bit watery rather than creamy but still the flavor was to die for,

Sausage Broccoli Manicotti

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2010
This recipe was wonderful! I love how you use cottage cheese instead of so much cheese. My hubby and son are pro bikers and this was great because I knew this will help give them the protein they need, also Manicotti is my hubbies fav dish so I couldn't go wrong. I am so glad I tried it because it was so good! The few things I did different was I used fresh garlic instead of garlic powder, subbed shredded parmesan cheese for 1/2 cup of grated parm cheese (Cause I didn't have shredded) and made the difference with mozz cheese and cottage cheese. I used 1 lb of turkey sausage, and about 1/2 lb of chicken breasts diced and pre cooked. This was fantastic! I am so happy I made it!

Campbell's® Chicken and Bean Burritos

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
Ok, so this is a great base recipe for great things... Here is what I did to it. I used olive oil instead of veggie oil. I added a small can of crushed pineapple, (I think some mango slices would have been yummy too) a yellow bell pepper. I diced chicken breasts and cooked them and used them instead of caned junk. and used low carb tortillas and put the yummies in the tortillas, put some shredded lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and avocado on top. this was amazing! My family loved it!

Vegetarian Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
If I didn't know it was veggie I would have thought it was meatloaf. I wouldn't say its the best meatloaf I have ever had as far as meat meatloaf bust since its veggie I must say its awesome! I used half bbq and half ketchup, put most inside but saved some and baked it on top.. Mmmm

Chicken Teriyaki

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
This was really GOOD! I changed it up a bit as always... I cubed a yellow bellpepper, used less sugar and more pineapple juice, less soy sauce and put some whorstichire (Sp?) sauce in its place, a dash of red pepper flakes, added some of the pineapple into the sauce that was crushed a bit, put some rosemary on the chicken breast instead of salt and pepper (Enough of that in the sauce) Used chicken breasts instead of what was on the list. I made extra sauce and put it over white jasmine rice. AMAZING!!! MMMMmmmMMMmmmm

Easy Bake Fish

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
definitely too sweet, so I put a little less honey, took the advice from one of these comments and put a little mao, and I put whole grain dijon mustard in there and made it totally yummy and pretty too. I foil baked it at 425 as recommended from a commenter. It was pretty good! Thanks for the recipe!
