Excellent burgers! They were tender, juicy, and I didn't have the problem that others had with getting them to stay together! They were a hit at my house. My husband was trying to figure out what was in them : )

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

AWESOME! My husband loved these! I didn't have a rolling pin or cookie cutters haha, but they came out great anyway. It was easy to flatten and shape them by hand! Great recipe!

Crawfish Chowder

Excellent, excellent, excellent! I'm from New Orleans and luckily there is plenty of crawfish around all the time! This was a great, simple recipe which allows for easy modification if needed. You can't possibly mess this one up, I couldn't believe how easy it was : ) The husband loved it!

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice

Great recipe! I thought the ranch would overpower the pork chops, but that wasn't the case at all. The husband said it was fantastic! So it's a keeper : ) Just make sure you keep your chops nice and moist and you have a winner. I paired it with mashed potatoes and had lots of gravy!

Crawfish Fettuccine II

Had a great taste, excellent base recipe. But I couldn't thin out the sauce enough, it was way too thick. I made the mistake of taking out some of the crawfish because I thought it was going to be too much. Oh well, I'll know for next time. Btw, I'm a New Orleans native and I approve this recipe- it's similar to the crawfish fettucine from Copeland's!
