Delicious dish. This was my first experiment with Indian food and it turned out perfectly. I read the reviews before I made the dish. As others suggested, I doubled the sauce recipe, used garam masala instead of cinnamon, and used salt only to taste. When I prepared the chicken for the marinade, I dusted all of the pieces with additional cumin, salt and pepper, and garam masala before adding to the yogurt mixture. I also baked the chicken in the oven after swirling each piece of chicken in the marinade to gather as much of it onto every piece that I could. I only had time to marinate for one hour, and it was excellent. I omitted the ginger, cinnamon, and jalapeno. I served this with rice and it was hard for us to stop eating it! I love it when I experiment with recipes that are easy, delicious, and make me feel like an expert chef. Thank you so much Yakuta.
