Curried Chicken and Potatoes
It needed to have more sauce (used soy milk instead of yogurt - try yogurt next time); perhaps it was because I had more chicken than it asked for even though I increased the spices. Doubled the spices to give it more flavor. Did not have cardamom so I subbed cinnamon & nutmeg in its place. Used a whole bunch of chard b/c I wouldn't know what else I would do with the rest of the bunch. Used 3 whites potatoes; peeled and parboiled a little but it still took awhile to cook the potatoes.

Oven-Roasted Asparagus
Used only the lemon pepper seasoning, oil & fresh minced garlic. Baked in toaster oven at 375 for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend in flavor & to avoid over cooking on any one part of the asparagus (i.e. getting it burnt on its side). Very tender. Do not over cook or it will shrivel up.

Tri-Tip Rub
Half the salt & black pepper-used Kosher salt, added thyme, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin as suggested by other reviewers. Mortar the ingredients - just smashed them all together w/ spoon. Did not have parsley - would have added it if I had some. Baked it @ 425 degrees for 25 mins & grill for 5 mins in the toaster oven. Did not burn or char like I wanted. Tasty - still a bit on the salty side - might still need to cut down on the salt. Also next time reduce to 20 mins.
