Braised Balsamic Chicken
I added garlic and mushrooms and used fresh herbs (because I happened to have them). I served this with rice and a side of veggies. So good!

Perfect St. Patrick's Day Cake
I made this recipe into cupcakes and it was great. I filled each cupcake with the Bailey's buttercream and topped each with the chocolate ganache. They were a big hit!

Spicy Albondigas
i used 1/2 chicken broth, 1/2 beef because that's what i had. crushed tomatoes and fresh serrano peppers (about 5) instead of the canned ones, rice in the soup and not in the meatballs, 4 garlic cloves instead of the garlic powder.
