Salisbury Steak
I loved this it was quick and easy and very tasty. I had to improvise based on what I had in the house. I had no condensed onion soup so I used a can of cream of mushroom soup and added a pack of onion soup mix to it. I used the remainder of that mixture for the gravy with 2 beef bouillon cubes and water and cornstarch to thicken. I also had no breadcrumbs and used crushed up butter crackers. It was so good and sooo easy.

Rosemary Pasta in Roasted Garlic Sauce
Okay I thought I was at Brio! This was easy and super quick. I didn't have the rosemary so I used dried thyme, basil and sage. I also made sauteed chicken breast, as my husband is a meat eater. He loved it and so did my 3 year old son. I could have easily had this alone as a meal. I gave this five stars because it was quick and delicious! I will make this over and over!
