Cauliflower Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
I added 4 cloves garlic, one extra bullion cube and some sea salt. Tasted bland while it was cooking, but then I pureed it in batches and reheated it later in the day and it was wonderful, creamy and flavorful. I also added a little shredded cheddar cheese to each bowl

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: May 22, 2010
really tasty even though I was too busy talking on the phone while I was cooking, forgot to mash the kidney beans and mixed all the ingrediants together. I used whole wheat wraps, and would use a tad less chili powder next time.

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
love it! I always half the recipe and use Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce. after its done, I take chicken out and pull it, its shreds so easily, and put it all back in the suce for about 30 more minutes. Usually serve over brown rice, left overs are great for bbs chick pizza, or on crusty rolls with sauted onions and melted cheese

Iced Mochas

Yum!! I scaled it down to make a single serving. I didn't use any sugar and added a splash of hazelnut coffee creamer! No more 5$ Starbucks Frapps for me!

Easy Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
Really yummy. Hubby loved it. I added onions, garlic ,taco sesaoning and adobo to ground beef. I used fresh salsa, low fat cheese and sour cream. I also combined diced red and green peppers with the tomato and green onion. The multigrain tortilla chips from Trader Joes held up really well and weren't soggy at all.
