Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2012
Gteat recipe! I read the reviews so went with a light Hellmans, 2 T of olive oil and used less than 1/4 cuo of splenda. My husband was thrilled with the slaw!

Italian Wedding Cookies III

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
GREAT recipe. I only had 1 stick of the unsalted butter so the other two sticks were margarine and I had to use pecans instead of almonds. The cookies were part of Christmas gifts I gave to co-workers. Everyone loved these cookies the best out of the assortment I gave them. I had to make another batch the next night and they came out good, but the first batch was better. I really think if I had used the unsalted butter it would have made a big difference. I didn't have problems like others did as far as the cookies crumbling.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2010
This soup was fantastic! My husband couldn't get enough of it. I read the other reviews and took a little of their recommendations; I used the low fat chicken broth instead of the bouillon and when I served the soup I sprinkled cheese and green onions. Oh, I also had some brocolli that I added.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
The hardest part of this was stirring it (besides trying not to "test" the popcorn) because I have carpel tunnel and my hands got tired. I packaged several baggies with the popcorn to mail to friends in Afghanastan and they loved it! The second time I made it I added peanuts; it reminded me of cracker jacks! I'll definitely make this again.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
Fantastic meal. Hubby loved it. I took the advise and used Teriyaki Sauce instead of the Soy Sauce; it would have been too salty otherwise. The taste of this meal reminded me of a Portuguese meal called Alcatra. Because we had so much left over I plan on shredding the leftover meat and try adding a BBQ sauce to make sandwiches.
