Roquefort Pear Salad

Really great salad. The dressing is wonderful. I omit the onions because I don't care for them. Be sure to use a crisp pear. Also I used feta, as I am not a fan of blue cheese. Yumm-o

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Great recipe I used 1 2/3c sugar and 1c dark brown sugar. Also added tbs of instant expresso. The results were yummy! Great texture, taste and thickness. I did use a 10x10 pan for these.

Saute of Beef with Wild Mushrooms

This turned out great for me with a few modifications. I used my dutch oven on the stovetop. I started with the red wine reduction then added the beef directly into the red wine sauce. I let it simmer covered about 35 mins. then sprinkeled the flour on top of the beef and covered another 5 mins. I finally added the remaining ingredients covered and let simmer for another 20 minutes. Excellent! Much better as one dish.
