Italian Wedding Cookies III
Use a Kitchen Aid to mix. I used salted butter and still put in the 3/4 teaspoon of salt. I substitued pecan pieced and placed cookies 1 1/2 inches apart. Turned out wonderful! Very fagile cookie. Careful when putting them in a container. Don't shake!

I used a 1 1/2 of club crackers and honey-dijon mustard and it came out with a wonderful flavor and moist! Don't over cook!

No Bake Cereal Cookies
My son is allergic to wheat and this was a great treat. A different take on the regular rice crispy treats. Try adding drizzled chocolate to top it off.
