Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub
This is the first time I have ever cooked tri-tip. It came out very tasty. I doubled the dry rub. I rubbed the first batch on when I browned the tri-tip and then I added the second batch when I put it in the oven. I also added some water with beef bouillion. I am so not a cook, because it came out way too salty. I will stick to one batch of dry rub next time. Thanks!
