this is easy to freeze, too! make the meat balls, cool, then pop in a freezer bag, along with the seasoning packet. When you're ready to make it, just place frozen meatballs in a pan with the water and seasoning, and simmer an extra 30 minutes...Voila! Great with mashed potatoes!
