World's Best Pasta Sauce!

Left out the sausage and the fennel, and it was still the world's best pasta sauce.

Mom's Country Gravy

My mother made this many times growing up, but every once in a while, she would add 8 oz. of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese in place of half the milk, and just melt it down in the sauce. To die for! We much preferred it to the plain white gravy. But this one is good too.
