I've been cooking since high school for myself and friends, though I remember "helping" my mother cook at an early age. Since marrying in 2006 I have been full-time student and the main cook. In Christmas 2008 I received my favorite cooking partner, the Thermomix TM 31.
Nowadays I'm a full-time mother of two, and still cooking and learning, and occasionally inventing. Spain has many delicious but unwritten recipes which I am endeavoring to master through observation and practice. And olive oil is just wonderful.

Pisto (Ratatouille), Tomato Sauce, Bechamel, Chicken Pot Pie.
