I Don't Know

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
This recipe has potential. I thought it lacked a bit of spice, so next time [yes, there will be a next time:)] I will add some garlic and maybe onions with the meat. Maybe try various spices. I used extra lean ground beef, because I prefer it. I only used the one can of soup, and thought is was enough liquid. The frozen vegetables has a bit bit of liquid in them, so using 2 cans would make it to soupy in my opinio

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2010
Fantastic soup!! I froze one portion to see if that was an option, so I could make bigger batches of this for the future. It turned out just fine. I added 1-2 tablespoons of milk, and heated on low heat. Of course the soup is better fresh, but I had no problems gobbling down the reheated portion. If you plan to freeze it, you should use firm potatoes, so that they don't get too mushy. Thanks for a great recipe, will most certainly make this again:)

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
Absolutely wonderful flavours. I did as some of the reviewers suggested, and baked it in foil, so as to keep all of the marinade for a sauce when serving. Will definitely make again!! Thanks for posting!

Spinach Ziti

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
Great taste. I only had frozen spinach, so I added that to the tomato sauce, along with the nutmeg, and extra garlic. I added a bit more pepper flakes, 'cause I like a bit of heat. Maybe it ended up a slightly different dish, but it was delish', all the same;) Served over whole wheat pasta, with a sprinkle of parmesan. Thanks for posting the recipe! A keeper!

Wonderful flavours. Will most certainly make this again and again:) Will also try and make rolls using this recipe, so I can grab some from the freezer, warm in the oven, and serve with soups etc.

Very tasty, easy dish. I didn't add the meat, but added a bit of garlic. I will definately make this again, will try it with the meat next time.

Baked Chicken & Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2010
I used frozen sprouts, and dried rosemary, that worked just fine. The recipe in itself is quite good, but next time I think I'll try using garlic and maybe a bit of bacon as suggested by other reviewers. And fresh rosemary might even be better than the dried one. Will make again:) Edit: I made it a second time, but omitted the part of frying the chicken. I let it cook in the stock whilst baking. It turned out just fine. I also added a bit of garlic, and I liked the added flavour, but then I like just about anything with garlic;) I didn't use/eat the stock, but I guess you could freeze it for making soup later etc. I will continue to try this dish with other changes maybe, it has great potential for those of us who love sprouts:)
