Omg! So delicious. The only difference was I blended 4 ripe pears with one extra lg. ripe banana. After everything was blended together I mixed in two chopped ripe pears! My daughters could get enough! 35 min for muffin tins and 45 for mini cake pan. Thank u for the awesome recipe!

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

THIS WAS SO GOOOOD!!!! MY family loved it. I did as the directions said for yellow cake. Because I saw the blended batter a little thick I added 3/4 cup of pear juice (I was originally going to add the pineapple for upside down pineapple cake but I only had canned pears.) DELICIOUS!! I cooked it for 35-38 minutes. Thanks!
