Jill's Hash Brown Casserole

I love this recipe! I do use cream of chicken soup and a tad more cheese ( in our home there is no such thing as to much cheese!) This is perfect to accompany anything! Also wonderful to take to parties! Cheers!

Spicy Melted Cheese Dip

Love this and I make it often. I use the fire roasted diced chilies. To "thin" it I normally use a scoop of sour cream and evaporated milk however next time I'm going to try the cream of celery soup trick! This is our Football Sunday go to standard! ( hub likes it with potato chips)Also if you add a little bit of cream cheese to the sausage while your cooking it will break up nice and easy.... if you don't want chunks of sausage. ENJOY!

Oklahoma Brisket

I love this tride and true recipe! We make this a cooking event several Sundays during football season as well as several other times a year. I'm going to try a store bought BBQ sauce this time that came highly recommended. It comes out perfect every time! Cheers!

Honey Glazed Ham

This is a wonderful recipe that makes an everyday ordinary ham extraordinary! I also use the ham bone to make ham broth that is wonderful to make rice in or to add to mashed potatoes!

Chicken Stir-Fry

This is a wonderful recipe and no need to doctor it however I did add about 1/4 cup of peanut butter to the mix and some crushed red pepper to give it a lil zip and it was great! Thank you for a good base recipe.

German Potato Cheese Soup

I made this with broth from a ham bone (instead of the chicken broth) left over from Christmas! It was a hit with my picky husband however I did not have potato flakes to thicken the soup so I blended ( a lil to much) the cooked potatoes. If you opt to do this only blend 1/3 of the potatoes. I also added a pinch of red pepper flakes to spice it up. Yum Yum...enjoy!
