Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches
Chris and I made this one night during the week, (Actually I made this and Chris supervised!) and it came out awesome!!! It was super tasty!!! I took the leftovers to work the next day and it was just as good as the night before. As for the directions on how to boil the eggs, the way the author of this recipe instructed did not work. The eggs we only partially cooked. We suggest keeping it on the burner for 15-20 minutes. It allows for easy peeling and a well cooked egg. As many of the other cooks that reviewed this delicious recipe suggested, we too added small chunks of dill pickle. We will most certainly will keep this easy and mouthwatering recipe handy!!!

Broccoli Cheese Soup V
Since it is just Chris and I for the evening, we cut this recipe in half. I have to say we were hoping for something more flavorful. It was pretty bland, and it came out more liquidy than we expected. A quick fix is addding more flour. To fix the blandness, we added a lot of salt, pepper and garlic powder. In the future, we know to brown a few garlic cloves with the onions. We paired the soup with grilled ham and cheese sandwiches on fresh ciabatta rolls. Not to shabby for Monday night football for two.

Fettuccine Alfredo V
Chris and I loved this, although we tweaked the recipe a bit. Instead of 2c of parmesean, we used 1c parm and 1c mozzerella. I took the left over to work the next morning. It was a little work reheating, because the butter seperated from the whipping cream, but once it was well mixed it was even better than the night before.
