Tomato Bisque I
Only change: I blended the tomatoes (not liquidy, but pretty smooth texture and few chunks in the end) Let me preface this with the fact that I HATE tomato anything... lobster bisque is as close as I will get, and I'm still picky about that. I made this recipe in a large crock pot in the morning, and when 12:00 rolled around for a school luncheon, it was "perfect" (so says everyone else). I was VERY happy to not take any home after school! I'm sure it was great! (It doesn't always matter to me if I like it - it matters that the crowd is pleased!)

Shrimp Po' Boys
Very fun dinner! I actually bought a large french loaf and just sliced it into sub-size pieces. I did not use the k-lime sauce (because I really don't like soy sauce) and just squeezed a fresh lime. And yes, for time's sake, I also used frozen breaded shrimp. Still a great recipe! Never have had a po'boy, and neither had my husband. Again, very fun, out-of-the-box dinner last night!

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I have tried SO many pot roast recipes, and I am always so disappointed. Do NOT deviate from REAL CHUCK ROAST MEAT. This recipe was so good, I made it for my family and then doubled it the next week at a large church gathering. NOTHING was left over. Fantastic.
