Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
I didn't have sherry, so I used red wine instead. Good way to jazz up an inexpensive dinner! Will definitely make again. Thanks for sharing!

Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce
I made bok choy for the first time a few months ago, when I decided to find a good recipe after hearing about the health benefits. I did omit a couple of ingredients: ginger (we don't like it) and oyster sauce (couldn't find it at the market), and dark agave instead of brown sugar! The whole family loved this recipe, and I make it frequently now! Thanks for sharing!

Beer Batter Fish Made Great
I've never made cod before, but hubby caught it by accident, so I hunted for a recipe with ingredients I had on hand. I thought the proportion of the spices was perfect, other than I cut back on the salt, as I do with most recipes. One important tip that several of the reviewers mentioned is to dip fish in flour before placing in the batter. I read this the first time I used the recipe, but forgot about it the second time, and most of my batter was lost. Thanks for sharing easy, tasty recipe!
