Joanne's Super Hero Sandwich
Tried this and used roasted red pepper instead of olives (finace doesn't like them.) It was good but I was not crazy about the vinegar in the spread. I usually LOVE vinegar and used the correct amount but it overpowered the other ingredients. Maybe next time I will leave it out. Make sure you use a thinner bread also or it is too big for your mouth.

Grilled Roasted Red Pepper and Ham Sandwich
I made this last night. Followed the recipe but had to use french bread b/c store didn't have sourdough. It was soooooo yummy!!!!! I wasn't sure about the mayo on this sandwich with the red peppers but it was really awesome. Fiance loved it too! Thanks for a great one! : )

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
This is by far the best potato soup I have ever eaten. I always double the recipe so we have plenty of leftovers. I make one change to it tough. Instead of 3 1/4 cups of water, I use half water and half low sodium chicken stock. It is YUMMY!!!!! Even better served with yeast rolls.
