Golden Sweet Cornbread
This was, by far, the best cornbread I have ever had! And cornbread is something I LOVE! I followed a ton of reviews and got a super-moist, tasty cornbread. Advice I followed: Soaked cornmeal in milk, used melted butter instead of veg oil (and I added a little over a T more than called for) and more salt. I also took someone else's advice and put the pan in the oven with a T of butter until it was hot and bubbly before adding the batter. Nice, buttery crust all around the edges... absolute must try!

Banana Cream Pie I
Okay so I have made this twice and think I have stumbled onto something. I made as directed both times except I used less sugar and chilled instead of baked. The first time when I went to eat a slice it was complete soup! It was so disappointing because everything was PERFECT before I put I covered it and put it in the fridge. The second time I did all the same stuff but I left it UNCOVERED in the fridge. Set up PERFECTLY! This recipe is so delicious. I like to mash up half a banana and add it to the pudding so the flavor is more than vanilla. TASTY! I can't speak to everyone but when I covered it and put it in the fridge it turned into banana cream soup and when I left nothing over it the pie set up perfectly! Hopefully this helps!

Cream Wafers
Wow! These are AMAZING! For once in my life I followed the directions exactly except I used maple instead of vanilla for the frosting. Letting them go the 10 minutes is perfect and cutting them off a "log" of dough made this recipe too easy... Thank you! I will make these for the rest of my life! **edit** After making these a bunch of different ways I like to add some almond extract in the frosting and use eggnog instead of cream in the cookies. SO amazing!
