We love pizza at our house, and we made this today with hamburger, onions, garlic, bell pepper and topped with two kinds of cheese including mozerella and cheddar. Next time we'll add italian sausage to the mixture. The spices I used were oregeno and basil, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, and duplicated those spices for the sauce and added a 1/2 teaspoon sugar to cut through the tomato acid a bit. I left the dough just as the recipe called for, but I have a gas oven so I turned down the heat to 425 and cooked it for 15-17 min to get the crunch we like.
