About this Cook
I love to cook!!
My favorite things to cook
There are so many things, I love using my slow cooker! I LOVE stuffing peppers whether it be hot peppers, green peppers or sweet peppers witha variety of fillings! We grow them in our garden and can't wait to plant more!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I got a lot of recipes from my Mom! Stuffed peppers were always a favorite and sauer kraut and pigs in a blanket!
My cooking triumphs
I made homemade noodles for the holidays last year, turned out delicious!
My cooking tragedies
None that I can think of. I'm not perfect by any means but I always seem to be able to make things turn out yummy!

Garlic Croutons
I thought this was a delicious recipe! I had two hard rolls that needed used up so I cubed them up. After adding the butter and garlic i drizzled a little EVOO and some extra herbs. I love homemade croutons!

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat
love this! i changed it a bit just bc i didn't have everything. i browned my beef then put in slow cooker with cubanella peppers and pablano's cut up and onion, then covered with water. we had marinated the meat with all sorts of spicy spices so by the time it was done, delicious!! used on soft taco shells.
